Brought my lowered 1998 Camry in for an alignment and a rear tire rubbing issue. The team took the time to thoroughly inspect the car, made multiple adjustments, and even put it back on the lift after the initial alignment to keep troubleshooting instead of sending me away. They explained what they found, answered my questions, and were honest about the remaining issue being a body clearance problem rather than a suspension or alignment problem. I really appreciated their patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

John and team were super nice and did excellent job aligning our 2014 Sienna. They also checked alignment a few weeks later at no charge as we got new tires. He also recommended and adjusted my tire pressure as tire shop only had minimum pressure and car drives much better thank you John and Team 😊

I brought my truck to Goin’ Straight Wheel Alignment for repairs and initially had a decent experience. In fact, I had two different vehicles serviced there. The first vehicle was repaired properly and I was happy with the work, which is the main reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, my experience with the second vehicle was very different. A few months after the repair, my truck started making noise again. I brought it back to have it inspected, and they quoted me approximately $1,200 for additional repairs. That didn’t sit right with me, so I took the truck to four different shops for second opinions. All four shops told me essentially the same thing: 1. The original repair was either incomplete or not the correct repair for the actual problem. 2. The new $1,200 repair they recommended would not have fixed the issue I was experiencing. 3. The noise was not being caused by the axles at all—it was a completely different issue. As a customer, that’s extremely frustrating. I trusted the diagnosis and paid for repairs expecting the problem to be fixed correctly the first time. Instead, I ended up spending more time and money getting multiple opinions and finding
